The owner of this machine contacted us at 8am on Monday morning indicating that the rise and fall bush on his machine had failed and a new one was required.
The machine was out of action and due to Accurite’s stocking policy, even though his machine is 15 years old, we held the part in stock and the customer travelled to collect at lunch-time the same day. His machine was back up and running in the afternoon!
